Heather & Steven/ Sundy House Delray Beach
Heather & Steven were married at the historic Sundy House in January. It was a crisp cool night which was perfect for the outdoor affair. The bride and Groom were joined by 90 of their closest friends and family to make this a truly intimate wedding. The started with pictures at the beach and then on to the gazabo ceremony at the Sundy House. The cocktails were passed poolside and the guests dined outside under the night stars.

Carrie
One of my most favorite things....(I sound like Martha) is a bride with some personality,heritage, roots and guts! I found all of those when I started working with Carrie...She hada warm personality and a smile that lights up the room. She also some distinct visions about her weddingday, but needed some help transforming and bringing them come alive. A few things were especially important to her; food,her Japanese and Spanish heritage and having fun! We combined all of those in what I call a super wedding success; weather and all!The entire menu reflected a harmonious blend of cultural deliciousness form Gyoza dumplings to chorizo empanadas, an oriental greens fieldsalad and a duet of filet and mahi. The menu cravings were finished off with a Columbian coffee station and a dessert buffet to satisfy all.The vibrant decor scheme of red and chocolate brown was classic in representing our japanese flair of hand painted parasols that effortlessly hung fromthe clear tent ceilings. The colors were brought tabletop with a Chocolate hempstead cloth and finished with combinations of red and burgundyorchids, roses and mums. We used the custom design from the invitation and brought it forth on our table numbers and our favor donation to the Tommy Lacayo Scholarship Fund. A mesh of reggae band classics and DJ hits were pumping the speakers all night....

Gessika & Carlos
Gessika & Carlos were looking for a garden ceremony and a reception that had a "party atmosphere" so they decided upon the historic Hyatt Pier 66. The outdoor ceremony space is framed by gorgeous Palm trees and the lush formal lawn sets the stage for a perfect ceremony. Cocktails are enjoyed poolside. For those whom have never been to the Piertop at the Hyatt, it is a fun experience. The circular room with floor to ceiling window overlooks Fort Lauderdale's waterway as well as the city. In the evening, you can see the entire city light up and the starts dance around you. Best yet, the room rotates so if you leave your seat you will probably come back to find it in a different location.

Denise & Michael
Denise had been searching for an ideal location for a smaller, more intimate daytime wedding. After a bit of searching we found that a brunch affair in the lush tropical paradise that is Sundy House was perfect. Those whom have never entered the gates of the garden are always immediately enchanted. Vines wrap around the sky-high trees while flowers and ferns line all paths leading you to the ceremony site which was poolside and to the receptions spaces. The violinist provided guests with sounds to match their sights...Such a nice way to set the stage for happily ever after. A gorgeous bride and a charming groom don't hurt either!

Cyndee & Jaime
A girl after my own heart...a girl with a plan! Obviously she found the most difficult element in pulling off a wedding--her groom! She found her ceremony site and reception site early in the planning process, found me to assist in bringing all her bridal staples-photography, videography, florals, etc. into the picture, and had her honeymoon perfectly planned as quickly as the wedding. Luck wasn't always on our side when continuing to work out the details but I will say, a bride more focused is hard to find! Cyndee wanted a non-traditional wedding that still worked in some common wedding elements. For instance, she opted for a cupcake tower instead of a wedding cake; in lieu of a sign in book, she had guests write personalized notes that they then hung on a willow tree and her centerpieces were flat cylinders that floated candles, gerbera daisies and orchids. Goes to show, straying outside the box can still produce something really beautiful! Best Wishes Jamie & Cyndee!
